Discovery & Consultation
Our process begins with a detailed questionnaire designed to help us understand your project goals, how the shop needs to operate, and the design styles that speak to you. From there, we schedule an in-person consultation at your space to assess the full scope of your project and begin building a shared vision.

Concept Development
Once we have a clear picture of what you're looking for, we provide a formal bid and contract outlining the scope of work and deliverables for your specific project. Throughout the design development phase, we meet with you multiple times and present custom mood boards to define the look, feel, and direction of your space, ensuring everything feels right before a single decision is finalized.

Design Refinement
With the design direction confirmed, we produce highly detailed construction documents for you, your general contractor, and all relevant subcontractors. These documents serve as the definitive roadmap for your project, minimizing costly mistakes, miscommunications, and delays from start to finish.

Implementation
Our involvement doesn't stop at the design phase. We make regular site visits to monitor progress, maintain consistent communication with your contractors, and remain available throughout the entire construction process to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide direction wherever it's needed.
